The coomplete maize milling unit enables the millers to obtain top-class finished products with minimum fat content and specks and maximum yield. The maize processing line includes flour maize sections:1.cleaning section:(separation,aspiration,destoning and dampening)2.degermination section:polishing ,crushing and grading3.milling section:grinding and sifting4.packing section:10kg/bag 25kg/bag,50kg/bag for PP bag,1-5kg for paper bag. 1.Cleaning maizeMaize is mixed with various organic and inorganic impurities. Before making maize grits and flour, these impurities must be cleaned up to ensure the normal production process and product purity. The cleaned maize shall not contain more than 0.03% dust and impurities, and the sand and gravel shall not exceed 0.02%. The cleaning equipment includes vibro separator,gravity de-stone machine magnetic separator, etc.2.Dampener systemThe purpose of corn dehydration is to increase the toughness of the epidermis, reduce the breakage rate of the epidermis during the peeling process, and facilitate peeling. At the same time, maize embryos absorb water and expand, making their texture tough and less prone to breakage under mechanical force, in order to improve the efficiency of embryo extraction.
