Product Description 3 Ton Hydralic Rotating Positioner For Vessel Tank Welding And Positioning EquipmentThe welding positioner is a device that makes the welding seam in a horizontal or boat-shaped position through the rotation or tilt of the worktable.The worktable rotation adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the worktable is driven to tilt by sector gears or hydraulic cylinders.It can realize joint control with manipulator or welding machine.This product is used for welding various shafts, discs, cylinders and other rotating workpieces. It is the most widely used structural form.The hydraulic positioner is a hydraulic positioner in which a hydraulic pump station passes through three sets of oil pipelines and three control valves to control the pivoting of the support arm, the pivoting of the worktable and the rotation of the worktable itself. The machine can adjust the height and space position of the worktable according to the processing requirements. Among them, the pivoting of the supporting arm and the pivoting of the worktable are performed by an oil cylinder, and the rotation of the worktable is driven by a hydraulic motor.The hydraulic positioner can be used with manipulators and welding machines to form an automatic welding center.
