After the cutter suction dredger arrived at the customer's designated site, our technical personnel also arrived at the site to provide guidance and installation as soon as possible.2. We will all arrive with the installation tools, including wrenches, hammers, and hydraulic accessories.3. After the installation is completed, we also provide on-site personnel with operational training until they learn how to use the cutter suction dredger.Operation precautions: add engine oil to the diesel engine, add oil or butter to the sand pump and high-pressure water pump, and add gear oil to the winch. Before starting the diesel engine, check the engine oil and fuel. After starting, idle for 5 minutes and slowly add oil (check if the diesel engine's external circulating water is flowing). After everything is normal, close the high-pressure water pump first. After the high-pressure water pump flows out, open the water inlet of the sand pump in the front section of the operation room and add water (about 5 minutes left or right). Then, lower the sand suction port (hinge head bridge) to the water surface, close the sand pump clutch and the rear end discharge pipe until clear water flows out. The front section has two horizontal winches, and the steel wire rope is released into an external eight shaped front end fixed, and the rear end fixed pile is lowered and fixed. When lowering the reamer into the sand layer, be careful not to place it too deep at once. Start moving the fan-shaped surface horizontally to the left and right, and discharge the sand water mixture at the end of the discharge pipe. After becoming proficient in the operation, the depth can be appropriately deepened to increase the concentration. Before shutting down, it is necessary to clean the pipeline with clean water, and clear water should be discharged from the end of the pipeline. Lift the reamer head and stop the machine. After Sales Service1.
