Because of no gear, it costs less power, makes less noise and is easy to maintain. It can keep same performance after several years later. Compared with this new model, the speed of traditional machine will decrease because of gear abrasion.1.2.2.Because the speed of each capstan is driven by servo motor, the speed is adjustable. When customer want to change the output wire size, it only needs to change the final die, because the other dies do not need to be changed to match gear ratio.1.2.3.Traversing is driven by servo motor. It can calculate traversing speed automatically.
