Product Description Product Description Display of Project AchievementsAnyuan Rolling Mill's Reheating Furnace Flue Gas Ultra-Low Emission Retrofit ProjectProject OverviewPing'an Iron and Steel Anyuan Rolling Mill currently has three reheating furnaces for high wire, high rod, and rod-wire production. The flue gas from each furnace does not meet the requirements for ultra-low emissions without purification treatment. Therefore, through a public tender process conducted by the group, Shanghai Xuanding Metallurgical Technology Group Co., Ltd. undertook the project for the transformation of the reheating furnace flue gas to achieve ultra-low emissions at Anyuan Rolling Mill. This project involves the construction of three sets of dry desulfurization systems using fixed-bed technology, along with supporting auxiliary facilities. The project follows an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracting model, with a contract duration of 120 days.The project started on 10 October 2022 and was completed on 19 February 2023. This system allows for clear and visual monitoring of the sulfur content in the inlet flue gas, as well as the levels of SO2 and particulate matter in the flue gas discharged into the atmosphere after desulfurization treatment.
