Product Description Product Introduction JC series Jaw Crusher is a jaw crusher with optimized and developed design, which is based on absorbing the international advanced technology from structure, material, technology, assembling and many other aspects. It has the features of unique structure, good performance, which is preferred equipment for the primary crushing of various rocks. The JC series Jaw Crusher also can be designed as assembled type according to customers' needs so as to meet different working conditions. Structure Product Characters 1. Solid StructureThere are two types of machine frame: welded model and assembled model. The former is for small and middle size, and the latter is for big size. The welded model adopts large angle transitional rounded angle and low stress zone welding method to ensure frame stress balanced, which has the feature of anti-shock resistance, equal force, low failure rate and so on. Assembled type adopts advanced modularity and no-welding framework , it has the feature of big fatigue strength, high reliability, easy delivery and installation, especially for the underground mine, high altitude mine and other difficult transportation areas. (Fig 1) 2. Superior V Chamber DesignIt adopts V-type symmetrical crushing chamber design, which makes the actual and nominal feeding width same. Small nip angle and high reduction ratio which make sure high capacity, low consumption and good performance.(Fig 2)3. Durable Heavy Type Swing JawThe swing jaw plate integrates high quality casting steel structure, optimized swing jaw through finite element analysis, forged heavy eccentric shaft, high quality large type self-aligning rolling bearing of heavy loading and the large type casting fly wheel. These designs assure the stroke resistance and stability of the swing jaw integrates.(Fig 3)4. Swing Jaw Guard Plate DesignThe heavy-type guard plate on the swing jaw can protect the swing jaw body and the bearing form being damaged of material impact.(Fig 4)5. Easy and fast discharging adjustmentJC series Jaw Crusher adopts hydraulic double wedge blocks to adjust discharge system, which can realize stable, easier, safer and faster adjustment.(Fig 5)6. Large Size Bearing Designlarge size bearing design can achieve the higher loading capacity, long lifetime, safe operation.(Fig 6)7. Spring Rod or Hydraulic CylinderSwing jaw tension device adopts hydraulic or spring rod structure. The spring rod structure adopts advanced friction reducing device to make the adjustment more faster and easier.(Fig 7)8. Integrated Steel-cast Bearing SeatGood match with frame, and avoids unnecessary radial load for bearing in fastening process which occurs usually to the composed bearing seat. Therefore, the bearing can perform more stably.(Fig 8)9. Integrated Motor and Machine DesignThe motor seat and crusher frame integrated design can not only save the installation space and shorten the V-belt length, but also can prolong the lifetime of V-belt because of the synchronous movement of the frame, motor seat and motor, the adjustable motor seat can realize the adjustment of V-belt tension.(Fig 9)10. Damping Device DesignThe crusher is fixed by the special rubber shock absorbed device, which absorbs effectively the force of vibration at the peak point and meanwhile, allows crusher to displace in vertical and horizontal direction.
