Product Description Product DescriptionJiangxi Changyi Rotary Scrubber utilizes rotating cylinders and internal scrapers, as well as its own pebbles and rocks in the material, to decompose clay, lumps, and soft oxides. Layout drawings of foundation and anchor bolts are available. 2. Drawings of the design size and setting point of the base of the washing machine are available. 3. Thoroughly clear the surface of the base, and the adjusting screws should be cleaned and lubricated in order to adjust the work. 5. Clean gears and gear covers.Working Principle The cleaning cylinder is supported by four tugs, the motor drives the reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at low speed. Ore containing mud balls and stone powder is fed from the feed port, enters the rotating drum, and is continuously lifted and thrown down by the wear-resistant rubber lining installed at a certain angle in the cleaning drum, moving from the feed end to the discharge end. It circulates multiple times and is rinsed and washed by forward or reverse flushing water. The cleaned ore is lifted by the lifter and discharged into the double-layer conical screen, and is divided into coarse, medium and fine particle sizes and discharged respectively.
