This molten copper progresses to the transition vessel, and then to the holding furnace. It is then directed into the crystallizer, where it solidifies into a copper rod. The rod is carefully lifted by the traction device, followed by passage through the output frame and onto the wire separating frame to prevent entanglement. The rod advances to the automatic tracking device, ensuring precise control of wire coiling speed, before being expertly coiled into circles by the coiling machine, ready for subsequent processing.Our Advantagesa.
