Product Description Product DescriptionThe vacuum brazing furnace evacuates the air inside the furnace chamber through a vacuum pump set, creating a high-vacuum environment. This reduces the impact of oxygen, nitrogen, and other gases in the air on the welding process, preventing oxidation of the welded parts. Subsequently, resistance heating elements (such as molybdenum wire , molybdenum ribbon, electrothermal alloy tubes, etc.) are used to heat the workpieces, causing the brazing filler metal to melt at a temperature lower than the melting point of the base material. The molten filler metal then wets and fills the gaps between the base materials, forming a strong joint upon cooling. FeaturesHeating Method: Typically employs resistance heating, which can be categorized into single-temperature zone or multi-temperature zone heating. The multi-temperature zone heating method allows for better control of temperatures in different areas of the furnace chamber, meeting the brazing needs of complex workpieces.Vacuum System: Generally equipped with molecular pump units and mechanical pump units, enabling the furnace chamber to achieve high vacuum levels, such as a cold ultimate vacuum degree of up to 5.0×10-4Pa or higher, effectively suppressing material oxidation.Cooling System: Some vacuum brazing furnaces are equipped with efficient forced cooling systems, such as gas cooling systems, with gas cooling pressures reaching 2 bar, 4.5 bar, etc., enabling rapid cooling and enhancing production efficiency.Control System: Mostly utilizes PLC control systems with touch screen operation interfaces, supporting multi-stage program temperature control. It can automatically control the heating, holding, and cooling processes, with simple operation.
